Product Diagnostics Information

Starting in Login Enterprise 4.9.x, opt-out Product Diagnostics are now bundled in the appliance.

The collected diagnostics are uploaded to LoginVSI once a week on Monday. To enable the diagnostics to send information to us, you need to open the following URL and Port Combination:

The following diagnostic information is collected in the report from the appliance:

  • Appliance

    • GUID

    • Product Version

    • AD Auth Configured (true / false)

    • E-mail Configured (true / false)

    • Number of SLA Report configs

    • Number of apps configured

    • Number of each type of app

    • Number of apps added to a test (Number of apps used)

    • Number of accounts configured

  • Accounts / Launcher / Application Groups

    • Number of groups

      • Account Groups

      • Launcher Groups

      • Application Groups

    • Number of groups in use (Number of groups added to a config)

  • Locations

    • Number of locations configured

    • Number of locations in use

  • Public API

    • Number of read-only tokens

    • Number of scheduling tokens

    • Number of configuration tokens

  • Launcher Specific

    • All Unique OS versions

      • Dating back to 3 months max

      • Data for 1 month and 3 months collected

    • Engine

      • All unique OS versions

        • Dating back to 3 months max

        • Data for 1 month and 3 months collected

      • Tests

        • Number of Load Tests performed

        • Number of Application Tests performed

        • Number of Continuous Tests performed

        • Number of Intervals Scheduled
