PDF Printing

Overview

This workload automates the process of printing a document to PDF.

The workload performs the following actions:

  1. Opens a defined document in an application via the command line.

  2. Sends the specified keyboard shortcut to open the Print dialog.

  3. Selects the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer (this can be customized to a different printer).

  4. Types the specified output path.

  5. Saves the file.

  6. Opens and closes the resulting file in a PDF reader application, using the command line to open it in the default PDF reader.
