Engine Unable to Resolve Session for User

Overview

This error can occur when a user logs in. The following message appears:

Cause and Solutions

The issue typically has one of the following causes:

  • Manual login with a Test User.
    You manually log in with one of your Test Users. Since there is no scheduled session for this user, it is unable to resolve the session back to Login Enterprise.

  • Incorrect domain name in the Login Enterprise web interface.
    The Domain name for the user is entered incorrectly in the Login Enterprise web interface. To resolve the session, we use the DNS and NETBIOS domain name in the session. Please make sure these match.
