Benchmarking / Browser Tests

Run Octane 2.0 and SilverBench JavaScript benchmarks in Chrome or Edge. Scripts launch browsers in private/incognito mode with accessibility enabled, execute tests, parse scores from the page, and upload to Platform Metrics. Includes automatic time offset configuration for UTC alignment. Useful for establishing baselines, comparing browser performance across configurations, and tracking degradation over time with objective numbers instead of user complaints.
