Accounts Automatically Taken Offline

Overview

If you are finding that accounts are being taken offline automatically, this is something that Login Enterprise will do when it encounters issues with the respective account.

An account is disabled when the event “connection initialization timeout” occurs 3 consecutive times for an account.

Cause

This event occurs when a Launcher successfully starts a connection, but the Engine fails to come online within 5 minutes.
